Shipping Damage:

Please check your shipment carefully upon arrival to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. All claims for damaged product must be made within 72hrs of receipt of your package. Please contact us and provide detailed information if your product was damaged during shipping.

General Refunds: offers a 14 day 100% satisfaction guaranty for Canchew and Cibaderm products. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase you may return the unused portion for a full refund less any shipping and handling. To request a refund please contact our customer care at refunds [at] cbdgum [dot] networkofhemp [dot] com. Due to the nature of the Cibdex and RSHO products, all sales are final. NO REFUNDS shall be given for these products.
